The site has the development rights for four huge towers. All could be supertalls. It depends on the developer's plans.

Yeah, you just have to go by the zoning, as neither the towers nor the bus terminal have been designed yet.
And this is just for
zoned usage, meaning the actual size of the towers will be significantly larger. For example, the 3 msf zoned tower, when included mechanical and non floor use areas, would be somewhere between 3.5 and 4 msf overall.
