Concrete pour took place on southwest side of the PAC yesterday. Pavement of section of Fulton Street sidewalk just to the east of One WTC looks like it might commence soon.
More bracing near the southwest stairway entry has been set up, as well as bracing around the ADA accessible entrance.
Street grid is not yet taking shape, but there is this bit of news indicating the soft opening mentioned on theperelman.org might be starting in late February 2023:
