Thought I'd map out some of the downtown Ithaca projects.
For the east side of downtown:
The red outline is getting a Hilton Canopy Hotel
The Green outline building is adding 5 floors
The Blue outline is getting a Marriott Hotel
The Yellow outline block is yet to have a redevelopment proposal, but it is zoned for a 120 foot height limit. Hope to see something grand there some day.
For the southwest side:
The Red outline is for an additional tower for the Hotel Ithaca
The Blue outline is for a new residential structure currently under construction
