Didn't PIA used to fly their Worldliners Karachi - JFK nonstop? The hotel would have been the most welcome sight in the world after a flight that long in coach.
I think there's a good chance it could be office with a hotel component like 175 Park. So many hotels are closing, but there will be greater demand for hotels that survive.
