Yup. It will be interesting to see if the project is approved as is or if there will be some changes or not. Fort Richmond is such an interesting neighbourhood, you have all this density going in, mostly because of the U of M and the growth of Waverley West. But it is all happening right on top of suburbia at the edge of doughnut Winnipeg.
