Wait a minute...this is a two phase project!!! Beware two phase projects, or rather when you look at this presentation, understand that you should only assume Phase 1 tower will be built. The city is littered with these. Hell, 540 W. Madison is just two blocks away if you wanna see what will most likely happen.
