could. They hate maintaining it. If there was a way to approach Greenwich from the South exclusively using the old B&O rather than the PRR (rather than just from the North which is what currently exists), they’d be using that instead. This could be achieved by building a wye bridge across the Schuylkill at Bartram’s.
