Hudson Square is red hot - such a shame that they opted for such restrictive height limits. Disney's new HQ will be a big block building like what Google has.
Whatever Silverstein has planned for this site will hopefully be much taller. The current tower is 292'. We're still a few years off from learning anything about it.
