So I read in the paper that hundreds of start-ups are interested in Camden (which is the only way Philadelphia could truly grow).
An office tower was mentioned in the article.
Considering how many start-ups are interested could make that actually happen.
Next thing you know, there will be skyscrapers across both rivers (I know this sounds exactly like NYC), but if this plan happens then more skyscrapers will fill the land.
