couple of new developments:
- The Boise Airport, which has seen a 49% increase in passengers since 2012, is about to undergo a $150 million expansion. The expansion will add a new concourse, increase gates from 24 to 30+, add 3 new parking garages (one public, one employee, one for car rentals), and include a number of other upgrades. According to the Idaho Press, this will be built out in phases over the next 5 years.
- TVUrban has posted about another downtown residential proposal, this one a 7-story structure with parking and retail space on the ground level. no renderings yet, but the site (on the east side of downtown) is indicated by the blue squares in the image below (image from TVUrban):
