Here's a random one (just noticed in in my LinkedIn feed).
In Coldwater, Sekisui Voltek, LLC (a high-performance foam manufacturer) just finished a 5,400 SF expansion, which includes new laboratory, R&D, and office space. It is always good to see high-tech manufacturing in smaller towns.

Speaking of Coldwater, The Lofts at Milnes Plaza, a new, 4-story, 50-unit apartment complex, is nearing completion and should be open in November. It is considered "general occupancy workforce housing" and it received 9% housing tax credits from MSHDA. This is a large project for Coldwater!
