I mean this building isn't thatttt bad, They could have done better with the gold and went with a matte black or something. plus added some more design to the building or art around it to represent philly.

as well as someone mentioned above vines or those asian plants growing on the side of the parking garage for the design, but as more as this area fills in it will grow character as well.
