I'm not sure if this was mentioned but I saw a petition to keep MLK automobile free:

I think it's a great idea and partially returns Fairmount park to what it was meant to be before 76 cut through it. Does anyone know where this goes right as MLK is about to cross the river? It's always filled with trash and 76 debris.
If you look from above, it looks like more valuable potential space for a riverfront path.
