The question of the decade. I hope he see's whats going around the area, and keeps it at its original height. To even consider 800 ft is asinine. I hope he doesn't cut it short. While its in essence a glassy 432 Park, it would add a lot to the aesthetics of the area. Glad that another super tall (45 Broad) is set for Lower Manhattan. Midtown has been getting most of the fun.
Funny though how in the mass diagrams (this is not the final design), it doesn't look tall with its surroundings.
Can't help to feel the same way for WTC3. Just doesn't feel "tall". Spoiled I am.
