The city is doing a great job beautifying the other major streets around town and I know that's always been a priority for Francis and city council. Hopefully this street is tackled soon.

I agree, University Ave. could really flourish if a boulevard was put in, with bike lanes and street scaping, especially considering it connects the new downtown university campus with the main campus. Transit Windsor also needs to have a plan to move students quickly between the two campuses as well.
