Just went for a walk around downtown, and noticed some things about the Gud Eats site on Smith Street. They have a sign put up, and are clearly on the midst of renos on the space. It appears they are keeping a majority or all of the previous kitchen, as the kitchen equipment seems to be set up for the most part. They have a decent bit of work to do on the interior, as it appears they are just re-framing the walls around the kitchen, and have not completed any other interior finishes. It seems like this will be quite a tiny restaurant.

I still stand by my above opinions, but I think everyone can get excited about new things going on in downtown.
