The subway is very close by, putting CC within easy reach. I don't think the casino itself will drive additional demand. Plus it's close to the airport but in a more lively area. And the Navy Yard.

I don't know how many rooms difference there will be between the existing and proposed hotels, but overall it's pretty much a wash.
