Wow. That's unexpected.

I don't see this policy encouraging more existing structures to be drawn among existing illustrators. Some will just quit drawing. This could work long term depending on how many new illustrators SSP accepts every year under this new policy.

I'm probably a little biased as my interests are more in existing buildings than what could be (although what could be has never been taller) . This is probably due to the legalities of creating illustrations from renderings.
