Montreal's a stylish city and it's about time it put some pizzazz back its new building designs. 56 Leonard would look dynamite in Montreal. That's what Montreal needs, not 50 'YUL' type buildings all over the place.

You are right about that isaidso, but the city has height restrictions that make it impossible to allow buildings taller than the mountain, therefore the duo condo tower sets are here to stay.
