Looks fine until you compare it to that 56 Leonard proposal for Nouvelle York. Montreal used to build lots of buildings with a similar wow factor. Amazing architecture is what made Montreal special. 'YUL' is acceptable, but if you fill Montreal with buildings like that from one end to the other you're not going to be anything special one day.

Montreal's a stylish city and it's about time it put some pizzazz back its new building designs. 56 Leonard would look dynamite in Montreal. That's what Montreal needs, not 50 'YUL' type buildings all over the place.
