While not officially announced yet, the first paneling of black granite or the last paneling before the installation of the black granite on the base of the PAC might be starting now, and appears visible on a portion of the south facing base of the PAC on these two cams:

The inside of the ADA accessible entrance also no longer shows exposed concrete.

As with other PAC buildings, it appears from the renderings of the finished building that the stairway entrance will be protected from the outside elements with a glass wall.
