I did this little bit of analysis awhile back. It's not authoritative but it should be a pretty good guess.

It's worth mentioning that this is missing a few significant tower projects too, including the 32+ story Utah Theater Tower, the 28 story South West Temple tower, the rumored 20-30 story 450 S Main tower, and the rumored 20-30 story Tavernacle Tower.
