Yes, they’re part of the UCSF campus and will definitely be developed. That’s been discussed by more knowledgeable people here in the past who can hopefully weigh in again. The parking garages are well done and necessary while being much more efficient and desirable than surface parking lots (which the City is rightly eliminating everywhere).
