As dutchmazz points out in
this video starting at 1:59:45 and from 2:05:00 to 2:13:00, security in charge of managing the National 9/11 memorial is not doing their job in keeping the memorial a respectful place.
There are people treading on the grounds with bicycles, obnoxiously screaming out loud and live streaming in front of the memorial pools and using selfie sticks. Worse yet, the security on hand doesn't seem to even care or do anything, and just walk away from these obvious public disturbances that disrespect the lives of people lost on 9/11.
