love those vancouver pics...
speculating a possible philly/nyc shot, i was looking on google earth and found that it could be quite feasible to have an aerial panoramic pic with the trenton downtown included as well, taken from just to the north/northeast of trenton... that would give ~42 mi to nyc and ~34 to philly with trenton at about 5 mi.
on a clear day, this is actually possible from over 1000 feet. i suppose a helicopter would be the only realistic approach... however their likely would not be nearly enough window room to fit a 180+ degree panorama.
this would also be made much easier if the American Commerce Center were built, as well as the WTC towers finished.
