This would really make such a big difference in expanding the feel of how far center city reaches. If this and the proposal immediately on the west side of broad happens, it’s going to be quite the gateway to/from north philly. hope this gets moving sooner than later. |

Blumenfeld wanted this to start in July. Any idea when it might
