Supposedly, that's what's planned. As far as crime goes, the Green/Caesars team has introduced the idea of drones floating around. I don't care for that. But I don't see Times Square evolving into a 70-s era crime den, complete with hookers, porno palaces, and drug addicts, lol. That's the image a lot of people like to throw around, but Times Square is so far away from that. Some people would even say
too far away from that. People have also said its become too Disneyfied. But maybe a casino will bring back some sort of balance.
I still would like there to be two casinos in Manhattan, both in Times Square and Hudson Yards, if they're going to do it.
