^ Speaking of McD's, once this project happens you just KNOW that the "Rock n Roll" McD's will see the value in redeveloping their land.
I mean, unless you have a neurotransmitter deficiency impeding your cognitive functioning, there is just ZERO, ZILCH reason for their vast parking lot. Who the hell comes to downtown Chicago to visit a McDonalds?
