Thanks for the great photos, timbad! Yes, that is the auger for the piles on 25B.

Also, southbound Third between 16th and Mariposa is projected to reopen on April 1.

In other news, UCSF held another Mission Bay workshop regarding its Long Range Development Plan last week, and laid out their plans for the rest of Mission Bay. Some PDFs on that page showing they've decided on housing for Block 15, and are looking at going significantly taller in some locations (160 feet at both corner of 16th/3rd and over on Owens, with a 110-foot garage behind the Owens building).

They will need to get revised approvals to increase the allowable square footage on the campus. The plan puts them over by about a million, but 800,000 of that (400,000 existing, 400,000 new) would be housing that wasn't envisioned in the original plan.
