That must be the
Saks on the
Lower Meirion side of City Ave, 7 miles from Center City. Definitely an odd location but overall, the surrounding area is very wealthy. Its address is 2 Bala Plaza - it's basically a retail anchor
within a suburban office complex. It's still open by the way.
