Maybe TN could build something overtop of the Met's mechanical area and/or buy the small denture clinic building on Smith to make something feasible. They used that lot during the Stanley Cup parties for some vendors and port a potties.
Did the SkyCity lot ever sell. I can't remember but think it did. What's going on with the St Regis site and it's supposed development?
