Some names are inspired English translations of local descriptive words, others have foreign names to give an 'exotic' feel (remember, a common latin name in Europe is alien in India), others are just odd (ex: 'Laptop'? WTF?). Added to the confusion, some builders include their company name before the project (ex: Raheja Builders's building named Legend is formally referred to as Raheja Legend; whereas on the other hand Shapoorji Pallonji Group's 'SD Towers' project was named simply 'The Imperial' when it was sellable to tenants)

So while at first glance a name like 'Orbit Eternia' seems like a better title for a starship-themed science fiction series rather than a residential skyscraper, it makes sense when you read it as Orbit Corporation Ltd.'s building project named 'Eternia'.

Cheers,
Jai
