Update from today:
Looked to me like they were getting a second mobile crane set up and all the other prep that one could imagine was done, so this one should be underway and officially started next week!
Bonus picture(didn't have my good camera on me so the picture isn't as good for this view, but will be better next time!)
This will be an awesome view for when it actually starts to rise next year!
