Description:
This project will remedy the demolition by neglet to the exterior facade and roof. The work consists of two properties with a single owner. The buildings contain four dwelling units and two ground floor retail spaces which will remain. Plaster will be cleaned, damaged portions will be removed, and the entire building will receive a new coat of paint. The slate roof has expended its useful life and will be completely replaced. A comprehensive waterproofing strategy will be implemented on the entire structure. Existing water and termite damage will be repaired. Minor improvements to kitchens and bathrooms are planned but no major mechanical, electrical or plumbing work will take place
