It would be a great anchor for the area around Read and Lake Forest if one of the office buildings around there is available. With a hospital, park, library, police/fire, and schools, plus good I-10 access and decent public transportation, it has a lot of potential.

I think those facilities like really large footprint buildings and nothing in the cbd would fit that mold.
