Rent would be cheap in a building such as 1010 and it would be fairly quick and inexpensive to get it up and running. The only info I've been able to find is that the former North Shore Square mall in Slidell is a finalist.

It would be a great anchor for the area around Read and Lake Forest if one of the office buildings around there is available. With a hospital, park, library, police/fire, and schools, plus good I-10 access and decent public transportation, it has a lot of potential.

I think those facilities like really large footprint buildings and nothing in the cbd would fit that mold.
