Sounds like Postmedia StarPhoenix is closing their printing press here in Saskatoon. That would be a huge boost of unutilized land if they sell it here near the downtown condos. It didn’t seem like many were employed/going to the physical brick and mortar space anymore, but very loud trucks would continually back up at all hrs of the night near the condos. Good thing for downtown if they leave.
