After keeping Cira South together for so long it had become ludicrously unwieldy to have it in a single thread I made the executive decision to have separate threads for every major project in SY. It'll work like the Hudson Yards threads -- there's a thread for the Yards as a whole as well as separate threads for every major project in the Yards.
