Yup. Just had brunch at Dutch and Doc's this morning and walking back east there is a good bit of activity on site. Hard to tell exactly what because the construction fences and tarps hide it but they were going full on.
And just a side note, my friends and I were remarking how the exact location where we were having a lovely, fancy pants brunch was a suburban McDonald's parking lot across from a donut shack and a car wash just a few years back. Nobody misses that shit. Nobody.
