I'm curious what the prices will be for the range of 25-35 floors.
More towers like this are needed, only with an affordable component. Place like Austin is hot, but I'd imagine the prices will deter folks. Make this tower exclusive in nature, even with 330 units.
Still leagues better than a cookie-cutter community. That's 330 less houses taking up way too much land and being mundane.
