it is the perfect location downtown.
that new shopping center is cool.
walking distance to the Miami Heat & concerts.
The AAF trains are nice / but add Tri-rail
when you add Tri-rail many more people will use it.
I like Tri-rail but am used to riding south out towards
the Metro-rail connecter and have been waiting for
the new MIA airport station.
but for a new generation of kids going downtown
will make much better sense.
