The "first level" is 2 levels. Check where the skywalk comes in. Looks like a 2 storey atrium type space with the skywalk coming in on a mezzanine level. Which would be floor 2. Edit: this is wrong. I count 22 haha... Must be another level up in the mechanical area?
Metric, imperial, beer bottles. Whatever unit floats your boat.
