Yeah always a shame that almost everything is built so short even right next to BSL stations once you get south of of like Spruce, it really bakes in the subway being underutilized for no reason. Cities gonna need bigger buildings that aren't literally on broad street (this is like 500 feet from Symphony house!), but at least it's replacing a parking lot.
