Maybe on the west side there may be an expansion of heavy rail within a wider corridor, but not anywhere else. At best, a streetcar or light rail line is likely to maintain slower speeds of the trains. The last thing anyone would want is a heavy rail train going 60 mph or faster immediately next to a pedestrian train with people walking at most 5 mph.
