Interesting....I looked at Novus Place recent updated leasing brochure and it shows that half of the ground floor retail space of the 777 Tower is out for an LOI and that most of the spaces for the Piedmont have leases out for signatures. The interesting tidbit was that the retail spaces for the two tower development directly east of the piedmont are shown on the brochure as 'leased' but that project has not been announced yet. It seems that part of that block will be a hotel as it shows a hotel lobby near the 'leased' retail space. Interesting.....maybe some announcements soon for both the tenants coming to the space as well as the new project?

Also the space long vacant at the Brickyard on Mill will house an Eddie Chow concept called Matsuri. It use to be that Italian restaurant back in the day.
