I wholeheartedly agree with everyone saying that what we have in South Philly is unique and, overall, works pretty well, but it could be so much more. That's why I even give any thought to a new Sixers arena being built elsewhere.

Well they would have to build it quick if they want to open it by 2026 in time for America's 250th year and a chance at hosting the NBA all-star game.
