I believe all the heavily Orthodox neighborhoods in Brooklyn still have Dem local representation. So NYC City Council, State Assembly and Senate, and U.S. House. All were deep red for POTUS and Governor, however.
The former Soviet neighborhoods have now shifted, however. In the last election, they went GOP for local representation for city, state and national seats. Brighton Beach now has a pretty Trumpy Republican City Councilperson. Probably the first time in history that area had GOP representation.
