As for 30th Street Station District, renovations to 30th Street Station have already started. We'll probably see Cira II built first at 30th and JFK within the next 3-4 years. The bus terminal will probably come in that timeframe too. Most of the capping of the railyards won't happen until complete build out of the Schuylkill Yards project however.[/QUOTE]
