The park and renovation of the Bulletin Building immediately west of the building are supposed to start within the next few months. Brandywine has also started seeking zoning approvals for the first two highrises along JFK Blvd. The first tower is supposed to start within a year - which means we'll likely see CDR submissions for that next year.
As for 30th Street Station District, renovations to 30th Street Station have already started. We'll probably see Cira II built first at 30th and JFK within the next 3-4 years. The bus terminal will probably come in that timeframe too. Most of the capping of the railyards won't happen until complete build out of the Schuylkill Yards project however.
