W.S Hills Building (built in 1927)

The El Paso Inc posted an article on the W.S. Hills Building at 215-219 E. San Antonio in downtown, the architects have released plans for adding 4 extra floors to the historical building as well as large murals. The ground floor will have retail and office space and the top floors will have apartments.

The Inc. has another article on the Banner Building, it's been purchased by a group of investors from Chihuahua, and they plan to fully renovate the historic building and turn it into a boutique hotel.
