No this thing has been taking a LONG time to build. Granted it was interrupted by the pandemic but still. And when comparing the photos on the past two YIMBY articles on the tower (March 2023 and August 2023) there appears to be a decent amount of progress...its just taking a while to build. Who knows maybe come the end of October and there is no new floors, then I'd say its safe to say its stalled but I doubt it.
